The CNMV Board met on 3 March past at the Barcelona office headquarters as it usually does every year. The meeting was attended by all its members. The chair and vice-chair participated in other activities related to managers and agents of the financial markets in Catalonia.
Sebastián Albella and Ana Martínez Pina held a meeting with members of the Board of the General Council of Economists and other partners of the institution. The event was directed by Anton Gasol, dean of the institution and Valentí Pich, chair of the General Council of Economists. The event was attended by more than twenty economists who are experts on finance. The CNMV chair and vice-chair also held a meeting with the vice-chair of the Council of Economy and Finance of the Government of Catalonia, Pere Aragonés, in which they discussed matters related to the financial markets and the CNMV’s activity in Barcelona.
