The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has renewed the design and structure of its virtual office in order to simplify procedures for users.
Given the growing use of electronic processing, CNMV has structured contents by area, so that interested parties can choose the information they need to access in order to improve and speed up procedures.
In 2016, 84.5% of registry entries in CNMV were electronic registers generated in the office. The daily average was 277 electronic registers.
The new office is structured into five major areas consisting of:
1. General information.
2. Encryption area, which allows encrypted electronic access to more than 60 procedures.
3. Open area.
4. Investor Area.
5. Area for communications and special notifications.
