The CNMV Board held a meeting on 23 July in its headquarters in Barcelona  (Bolivia 56). Among other matters, the takeover bid for the delisting of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, S.A., made by MHG Continental Holding (Singapore) PTE, LTD. was approved.
