CNMV has created a new section on its website with information on financial benchmarks.

The new section includes content related to the application of the new Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/1011) on the benchmarks used in financial instruments and in financial contracts and to measure the profitability of investment funds and their regulatory development. News and current information will also be published in this section. In addition, it provides access to ESMA’s Official Register of Administrators and Benchmarks and the European supervisor’s Q&A on this matter.
